Securities Trading Outlook

What is the future of Nordic Securities Markets?

The landscape of securities trading has evolved substantially over the last years, and there are more changes to come. Regulatory updates will be in place after the summer of 2011. The alternative trading venues looks to take a bigger part of the trading. And the new clearing houses will have a bigger influence on clearing and settlement of trades.

The race for low latency is still on with the dawn of new services and products from the software houses as well as from the institutions. Europe is moving more towards the goal of becoming one market place. Altogether this puts pressure infrastructure as well as business models. Which is the role of the local exchanges, how will trading be executed in the future, and how can profits be maintained and increased in an ever increasing competition?

At Securities Trading Outlook you get an overview of how the future of the securities market will look like and meet all central stakeholders. Securities Trading Outlook will be held on 14th of September at Operaterrassen in Stockholm.

Look out on this webpage for continuous updates on speakers and topics.

We look forward to welcome you to Operaterrassen in September!

Kind regards,
Daniel Norén projektledare
